CAKES FOR THE QUEEN OF HEAVEN
Wednesday, October 2, 6-8 pm. What would it have been like to grow up in a world where the divine was imaged as female? This question, by Rev. Shirley Ranck, PhD, is just one of the topics we’ll be exploring in our 6-session summer course, Cakes for the Queen of Heaven. We’ll explore topics such as reclaiming our bodies, reclaiming mother-daughter relationships, and seeking the female presence in Judaism and Christianity.
