Saturday, June 23: We are continuing our interfaith confirmation field trips into the summer. Our next trip will be to Deer Park Buddhist Center on Saturday, June 23rd at noon. The tour will last 45 minutes to an hour.
The monastery, located at 4548 Schneider Drive in Oregon, is “devoted to ensuring that Tibetan Buddhist teachings and the monastic way of life, as well as Tibetan culture, remain available…”.
