Tuesday, November 3, 6:30 pm: We continue our Spiritual Health During a Pandemic series with another longtime Memorial member, Jackie Neidhart. Jackie is a yoga instructor and will offer a gentle yoga experience.According to Jackie, “People should have 1-2 small blankets for the class. A block is okay as well but a folded blanket will work. If balance is challenging (you) can arrange (yourselves) at home near a wall or have a chair to help with balance. No experience needed.
